We want you to love your Crochet Kit. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns We accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: opened or used kits, items damaged due to improper use, and items returned after the 14-day window.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crochet-kits.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refund Process Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@crochet-kits.com and we will investigate with our supplier and shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.
